The Marina promenade today has a high quaywall that, with depending on the tide, varies its height by about 1.50m. So the first idea was to create a floating marina that could accommodate the movement of the tide and thus also "break" the height of the wall.
In order to make the Marina active and unique, we thought of inserting small buildings that can accommodate a wide variety of functions that can change at any time due to their flexibility in being able to accommodate a wide variety of commercial activities, so that every guest's moment will be unique and inimitable for them each time they reach it. To best connect the two levels and to be able to make sure that they can both be experienced, we opted to include in the promenade level "Pop-ups" of different sizes, a center for art and culture and a multipurpose that can be rented for the most varied activities. But the jewel building of the marina is the one named "The Raft": a light, floating building above a floating marina that stands at the center of the project. A magical place surrounded by water that can host the most varied activities: luxury private events, fashion shows all in a unique and inimitable atmosphere.
